And while the photos above were captured on a beautiful summer day during George Brown College’s Uncork Ontario tour a few months ago (more about that here), I visit Vineland Estates every season and can assure you that the property is absolutely breathtaking throughout the year — especially when it’s blanketed with snow. It’s the perfect place to cozy up inside, sip on a glass or two of exceptional wines and devour a local feast. Unfortunately, we have had our fair share of the “in sickness” part of our vows. I have battled cancer twice and still battling a third, CLL or Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia. Through it all, I have kept my sense of humour and laughed when I lost all my hair, even my eyelashes yet still had to shave my legs! I am so fortunate to have a husband who has stood by me through the “worse” part of our vows. We honeymooned at NOTL and would love to go there again.
